From
the Fujin province of China, this pair of elmwood chairs has been carved to simulate bamboo. Also carved on the back splat
is a scene of live bamboo. Done in a rich merlot tone stain, we have maintained the patina developed over time, by simply
adding a clear hand rubbed lacquer.

solid Walnut chairs come from the Fujin province of China. The carving on the back of the chairs depicts the inverted symbol
for the bat (Fu) symbolizing good fortune. We have maintained the patina developed over time by adding only a wax finish
to highlight the character. This pair of chairs is extremely comfortable and sturdy, and would make a great addition in
one's home.
