The
Santos Bed is a contemporary new twist on the classic Zen-inspired platform bed, both chic and rustic,
urbane and casual. An angled headboard perches effortlessly atop a very substantial and sturdy planklike frame.
The headboard is responsibly-harvested Mahogany Santos wood, finished in rich espresso brown (also available in Walnut finish)
and polished to a beautiful high sheen. The sleek headboard complements and contrasts dramatically with the rustic base
of reclaimed 70-100-year-old Brazilian Peroba Rosa wood. The Santos Bed was inspired by nature and engineered and built
to last for generations. Designed by
Thomas Bina.
Dimensions: Queen size is 100-1/2" long, 81" wide, with an 11"
long footboard and a 34" high headboard. Floor clearance is 5".

The
Beam Bed is another take on the classic platform bed, with a hint of Art Deco flair. Constructed
of heavy-duty reclaimed Peroba Rosa wood and accented with gleaming new stainless steel, creating an exciting contrast
between rustic grainy wood and the sleek lustrous steel that's equally at home in a New England colonial, a Montana ranch,
a Hollywood contemporary, and a Park Avenue pied a terre. Along with our Santos Bed, the Beam Bed is one of the most
solidly built pieces of furniture we've encountered. With proper care, it will last for generations. Designed by
Thomas Bina as part of our Environment Line.

Our Barong Bed is as exotic and dramatic as the traditional Balinese dance after which it was named.
The Barong Bed will fill any home with an ambiance of adventure, yet coordinates perfectly with traditional or contemporary
decor. Solidly constructed of orchard-grown mango wood, one of the most environmentally-friendly woods, the bold design
of the ribbed carving and the rubbed and turned posts, legs, and feet is reminiscient of elegant Southeast Asian temple
architecture. It's deep dark chocolate brown tones give it a striking and rich character, and the lustrous clear-coat
finish protects the wood and resists moisture and water marks. Available in either Queen or King sizes.
Barong
is the king of spirits in Balinese mythology after whom one of Bali's most famous traditional dances is named. Barong
is the foremost god of the Good and a protector spirit variously represented by the boar, tiger, dragon, or most commonly,
the lion. What better guardian to watch over you in sleep?
